[Exhibitions] GreenBlow® drying system at FISPAL
The GreenBlow® line will be present at FISPAL Tecnologia !!!
FISPAL Tecnologia, the trade fair for food & beverage industry technologies, will open its doors next week, at Sao Paolo Expo Center (Brazil) from 18th to 21st June.
We will be present at the stand of our distributor for Brazil, SERVITECH (Stand. Q115) to show some possible drying solutions built using the components of the GreenBlow® Line.
What applications can be seen ?
Two different drying solutions will be exhibited, with high efficiency and low energy impact blowers complete one with Smart Blow diffuser and another with air knife. All solutions using the components of the GreenBlow® Line, in order to understand how easy it is to configure a drying system simply by choosing the right components of the Line.
Drying with SMART BLOW:
Before the product labeling or marking phase, it is essential to obtain effective drying of the container also to ensure correct storage of the product before sale.
Smart Blow it is a “tailor-made” diffuser, as it must follow the shape of the container to be dried as precisely as possible, drying all sides of the container at the same time.
With this diffuser you can dry:
- bottles and all bottled products (beer, wine, fruit juices, liqueurs but also tomato puree and more), with a line with totally Visual Blue components (watch the video)
- cans: soft drinks, canned products (beans, vegetables, etc…) (watch the video)
- jars: jams, pickles and all glasse products (watch the video)
- cardboard boxes (brick): cardboard boxes such as milk or fruit juices (watch the video)
Drying with AIR KNIVES:
The air knives are available in different versions (with lateral and central inlet) and can be produced to measure up to a width of over 3 metres. With this product you can dry:
- fruit and vegetable: with the air knife it is possible to cover the entire width of the conveyor belt, drying fruit and vegetables in transit (watch the video) both in the upper and, possibly, lower part.
- drink packaging: in the packaging process with heat-shrink film (e.g. drinks but also vacuum-packed sausages) it is possible to stop the hot process to avoid excessive shrinkage of the package (watch the video).
- products in tubes or bags: after the pasteurization or sterilization phase it is possible to simply dry products in tubes (such as tomato sauce or other products) or products in bags (such as tuna, legumes or other foods) (watch the video)
- kegs: (e.g. beer kegs) the air knife can cover the entire surface of the container or concentrate on a specific part, e.g. to dry the marking area.
- trays or plastic boxes: drink boxes, food trays or even sprouting plants can be easily cleaned of dirty material (ex. soil with our suction) and then dried after cleaning (watch the video)
The suction part (dust, debris or other) is also available, through the application of suction hoods and cyclone which are part of the Pull’n’Catch system (which can be used both stand alone, i.e. autonomous, and connected to the existing suction centralized system)
